Shipping policy

We only ship within Canada. All shipping is $28 regardless of the size of your order. All orders are shipped via Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx. We will combine multiple orders that have the exact name and address for shipping and billing. Orders that do not have exact names and addresses will not be combined. Shipping will begin in the spring as soon as all risk of frost has passed. Please keep in mind that our farm is located in Saskatchewan, and the threat of frost can continue into late April on our farm. Therefore, we do not offer early shipping. Even if you are located in a mild climate, we will not ship until all threat of frost is passed in Saskatchewan. 
We do not offer free pickup anymore. 
Should we determine that a tuber should be refunded which include but are not limited to disease or mislabelling, shipping will not be refunded. Only the faulty product will be refunded.
