Refund policy
We do not accept cancellations of any kind. Once an order has been placed, you cannot cancel it.
We guarantee that our tubers will have at least one viable eye and grow true to variety name, or your money will be refunded. You will be required to provide photographs of the defective tuber or plant. Please reference our Terms and Conditions page for more information. We will reimburse via original payment methods. We do not reimburse with store credit. If we were to experience tuber loss before shipping can begin, your order will be refunded for the tubers that are no longer available. No substitutions will be made. Plants showing viral symptoms will not be refunded.
This guarantee is for the purchase price only and does not include shipping fees, liability, or losses resulting from crop failure. Reselling to nurseries voids any and all guarantees on the product.
